No. We designed our process to be entirely asynchronous. You complete our confidential story brief — which takes approximately 15 minutes — and we take it from there. We believe your time as a founder is too valuable to spend on calls about creative direction. Our brief is built to extract everything we need.
How do you know my story will resonate?
We don't take a project until we are confident we can tell it well. Before you pay a single dollar, we send you the story scenario. If it doesn't move you, you owe us nothing.
What makes this different from a freelancer?
A freelancer makes a video. We excavate a story. Every film begins with weeks of research into your journey, your market, and your audience — before a single frame is rendered. The result is a film with a point of view, not a template.
What is the Behind The Story documentary?
It's a 60–90 second cinematic piece that documents the creative process behind your main film — where we found your story, the choices we made, the moments we almost missed. It publishes as a standalone post and consistently outperforms the main film in comments and shares.
How do I pay, and is there a guarantee?
Payment is requested only after you review and approve the story scenario. We accept major payment methods. If, after final delivery, you feel the film does not represent you well, we will re-produce one time at no cost. We have never had to.
Can I use the films on platforms other than LinkedIn?
Absolutely. You receive full ownership of every file — optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and your website. We include format-specific versions for each platform with every delivery.
